Would make a great film
I enjoyed this story, I read it straight through on an 8 hour plane flight and I finished it quickly because it kept my attention. Other books often don't do that. The storyline was great, in fact would make a good film script. I look forward to the sequel to fill in the hanging questions.

Unique, adventurous and captivating
“The Sting of Fate took hold of and lead me through this modern tale of love and romance. During each phase of this adventure I felt that I was actually living and feeling the thrills and pains of the heroine and her French love story. The descriptiveness of her travels captivated the reader and passionately held you as you lived the moment. Her final awakening and realization that her love story was not to be fulfilled by her Frenchman highlighted her inner strengths and passions in life. Unique, adventurous and captivating describe this novel of life by Nannette Holiday.”

4.5 out of 5 stars - Sting of Fate, 2 Jan 2011
I so enjoyed reading “The Sting of Fate”, it was just wonderful how the heroine handled her life and moved on, I found myself riding with her and guiding her too! I wanted to be young again! She was so inspirational, I can’t wait for the sequel and more of those travel adventures. Thank you.

“The Sting of Fate” is much more than your typical romance novel. It is extremely truth and inspiring. It shows the resilience of this woman - she turns every negative into a positive - and the travelogue is a bonus. A good read.
